RETURN POLICY TERMS *
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following criteria: All Returns must have prior approval from a Charter Industries customer support agent and may be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot accept returns after 30 days or on used, special orders, or custom items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and custom orders cannot be refunded. Shipping fees or any cost associated with international shipping, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Products must be secured with original packaging in new/unused condition and must be shipped in a sturdy box prepaid. We reserve the right to refuse any deliveries that do not meet these conditions:
• Exchanges: On stock item exchanges of equal or greater value the restocking fee is waived. Customers are responsible for shipping fees both ways. Exchanges are only possible if approved by a Charter Industries customer support agent.
• Other Scenarios: Products that no longer have the original packaging or that have been used can be shipped to us prepaid. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and propose a restocking fee if we desire to keep it. The customer can then agree to the restocking proposal or receive the product back. Charter Industries will not be liable for product defect claims that are due to product misuse or improper product selection. Any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages are expressly disclaimed. Charter Industries liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability. Warranty information including coverage, terms, length, etc. is subject to change without notice.
Missing Items and Damage Claims: Any claims for damage or loss must be filed with the carrier or reported to Charter Industries within 5 days of receipt. If any damages or missing items are found later but not noted on the delivery ticket, it is unlikely that we can recoup any costs. If the driver will not wait for you to inspect the shipment, simply mark the shipment as damaged before signing. In the occurrence of major damages such as the box is clearly destroyed and was mishandled, we suggest refusing the delivery completely.
